Our technical staff can provide you with onsite support, phone or remote support and can assist you with your packaging equipment repairs or preventive maintenance requirements.
BPI can also assist you with your integration needs by providing technical support or turnkey systems for whole system packaging line equipment.
BPI also offers several service contract options to meet the ever-growing operating costs small businesses are faced with. Our contracts are ideal for small businesses who can’t afford a full time maintenance department to perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. BPI also offers a full stock of common wear parts and have multiple suppliers to fulfill any need if the part is not already in house. The goal is to never have a customer down and losing money, so quick response times can be expected and overnight shipping is available for parts in stock.
